An-pêng Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-11-03
This notice is about the in-game Report a Problem feature. Apart from that, the game sends nothing to the developer: it doesn't track how you play, shows no ads, and has no analytics tools built in.
Achievements and stats are recorded by Steam and covered by Valve's privacy policy, not by this notice.
When anything is sent
Only when you press Send Report in the report form. If the game runs into an error, or didn't close normally last time, it will ask whether you'd like to report it, and you can say no. If you choose Save as File, the report stays on your own computer.
What is sent
- What you write in the form: the type of problem, what happened, and contact details if you choose to give them (optional)
- The game version and language, and your system: operating system, processor, memory, graphics card and driver, screen and window size, connected controllers
- The game's log files, error messages the game caught, and crash reports your operating system kept for the game
- Pictures of the game screen from around the time of the problem (taken by the game itself, showing only the game window)
- A record of your last few actions, such as which scene you moved to or which window you opened
- Your save file (only if you tick the box in the form)
- Any images you add yourself
- Your Steam ID: when sending, the game asks Steam for a one-time ticket so the report can be confirmed as coming from someone who owns the game. This keeps fake reports out.
Your computer user name is replaced with "~" in file paths before anything is packed.
What is never sent
Your Steam password, payment details, friends list, any other files on your computer, and anything on screen outside the game window.
What it is used for
Only for finding out what went wrong and fixing it. If you leave contact details, the developer may use them to reply or ask for more detail. Nothing is used for marketing, sold, or shared with anyone.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Reports are first stored in Cloudflare's cloud storage (R2), on servers that may be outside Taiwan. Once the developer downloads a report to their own computer, the cloud copy is deleted. Only the developer can see what's in a report.
How long it is kept
The cloud copy is kept for at most 30 days and then deleted automatically. A report downloaded to the developer's computer is deleted within 30 days of the problem being dealt with. Only a note of how the problem was handled is kept (for example, which version fixed it), not your files.
Deletion and questions
To have a report you sent deleted, or to ask what we hold, post in the Steam discussions or email grayson.the.developer@gmail.com with the report ID shown on screen when you sent it. We'll deal with it within 30 days.
